He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Mosby and Lettie Skelton Newcomb of Saxe, VA.; his siblings, Mary Thorpe, Alma Tharpe, Clifton Newcomb and Clyde Newcomb; and his stepgrandson Frankie Wilkerson.
He is survived by: his wife Fannie King Newcomb; his children, Harvey Lee Newcomb (Tina) and Angie Seay (Jason); his sisters, Audrey Bailey, Thelma Bailey and Lillian Card; his grandchildren, Demetra Newcomb, Dagen Newcomb, Harley Seay and Madison Newcomb; his stepgranddaughter Heather Huling (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Kaidynce, Keelynn, Kaceyn and McKenna; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, River, Addie, Karleigh and Olivia.
