She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Phelps and Madeline Phelps of Maryland; and her husband William Calvin Hall, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Betty V. Walker (Larry), Lorraine Sigrist Mansius, Faye Pugh (Travis), Virginia Sweeney and William Calvin "Bubby" Hall, Jr. (Peggy). She is also survived by her children, she is survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren, and twenty-two great-great-grandchildren.
