She was predeceased by: her parents, James Alvin and Mary Hunter of Port Haywood. She is survived by: her husband Duke Charity; her son Jamaal (Laurel); her grandson Rashad Charity; her brother Carroll Hunter (Sandra); and her siblings-in-law, Verna Turner (Carroll), Gloria Allen, Beverly Charity and Deuteronomy Jr. (Eva). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Baptist Church (8131 Roxbury Rd, Charles City, VA 23030). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
