He was predeceased by: his son Frederick Williams; his parents, Robert Williams and Susan Williams; and his siblings, Russell Williams, Claiborne Williams, Robert Williams, Sarah Williams and Beatrice Coles.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Williams; his daughters, Connie Armstead, Phyllis Williams, Barbara Williams and Angela Hargrove; and his siblings, Susie Jones, William Williams (Otelia), George Williams (Berthel), Wesley Williams and Charles Williams (Gloria). He is also survived by three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
