She is survived by: her mother Kathleen Childs of Crab Orchard, WVA.; her children, Christi (Jay Adkins) and Leonard Johnson; her brother Dan "Bo" Childs; her son Pete "PJ" Jones (Mellissa Shiflett); her pets, Sammi and Junior; and her grandsons, Christopher (Morgan) and James Jones. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
