Pamela Bowman Otey Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2019, at the age of 68, Pamela Bowman Otey (Charles City, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Bowman and Marcell. She is survived by: her sister Iris B. Adkins; her children, Samuel M. Otey, Jr and Monica O. Duncan (Rondell); her stepdaughter Chelsea W. McGee (Jacob); her granddaughters, Marcia E. Otey and Grace O. Duncan; her siblings, Glenn M. Bowman (Annie), Eric M. Bowman (Irene) and Carol B. Lewis (Sonnie); and her friends, Joyce Turpin, Alice Johnson, Norine Sweeney and Minnie Mclaurin. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, one devoted-Tammie Lewis, nephews and friends.
