He is survived by: his sons, Russell and Talmon (TJ) of Richmond, Virginia; his grandchildren, Martel, Averie and Collyns; his great grandchild Elijah; his sister Patricia Lewis (Poindexter); his uncle Junie Jones (Ida); his aunt Joyce Carter; his brother-in-law Strother Mosley (Daphne); and his friend Alton King. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
