Franklin (Susan); her grandchildren, Maria Clair of Providence Forge, VA and John E. of Richmond; her sister-in-law Betty W. Tarpy of Winchester; her sister Joan Tarpy Best of Washington, D. C.; her niece Christie Neumann of Bethesda, MD.; and her parents, Minnie S. Tarpy and Matthew J. Tarpy.
In lieu of flowers charitable contributions in celebration of Minnie may be made to Red Cross.
