It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia B. Adkins (Charles City, Virginia), who passed away on December 26, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Banks and Elizabeth Banks. She is survived by: her children, Patrice Hill (Mike), Luther Jr. (Brenda) and Darlene Adkins. She is also survived by four grandchildren, one great-grandson, five brothers, one sister and a host of other relatives and special friends.
