It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Diane Cutler (Charles City, Virginia), who passed away on September 21, 2018, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Johnnie Cotman, Sr.; and her brothers, Edward L. Cotman and Donald L. Cotman. She is survived by: her husband George W. Cutler, Jr.; her mother Emma Cotman; her children, Larissa C. Mosby (David), Barry W. Cutler and Larry W. Cutler; her grandchildren, Unique Cutler, Kayla Cutler, Larraja Cutler, Lenaisa Mitchell and Iyanna Trimiew; her siblings, Cherylene Givens, Donna Pettaway and Johnnie Cotman, Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Kevin Cutler, Bruce Cutler (Barbara), Darnella Moore, Gail Petty and Sandra Cotman; and her aunt Nora Hampton. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
