It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph M. Parker of Charles City, Virginia, born in Hopewell, Virginia, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte Parrish Parker; his brother Edward Shelor Parker; and his parents, Joseph Edward of Hopewell and Evelyn Morris Parker of Hopewell. He is survived by: his sister Stacie Birchett (Brad) of Richmond, VA; his close friend Joe; his friend Jake (Magic); and also, Sandy, David Hula of Charles City, Amber and Craig. He is also survived by cousins, extended family members, and lifelong friends.
