He was predeceased by: his mother Florine Adkins; and his siblings, Delora Adkins, Stella Whitehead and Delbert Adkins. He is survived by: his sons, Joey (Cami) and Jeremy (Sue); his siblings, Kent Adkins, Troy Adkins (Kelly), Velma Canaday (Clayton), Beverly Adkins and Karen Avery (Mike); his sister-in-law Paula Adkins; and his grandchildren, Tyler "Ty Ty" Adkins (Kelly), Maddy "Baby" and Jake "Little Boy". He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
