It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen E. Cox (Charles City, Virginia), who passed away on April 12, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Byron C. Cox; her daughter Victoria Cox-Washington; her stepson Tyrone Cox, Sr. (Lisa); her sisters, Helga Benz (Helmut) and Steffie Heinz (Karl); and her friend Ursula Casto (Bob). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and friends.
