He was predeceased by: his wife Melissa Miles Cook; his daughter Edwina J. Cook; and his parents, George W. and Annie C. Cook. He is survived by: his daughters, Angelia G. Adediran (Emmanuel) and Brenda D. Cook; his sister Myra A. Pooler (Levell); his significant other Charlotte Johnson; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Charity and Cindy Miles. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many cherished friends.
