She was predeceased by: her husband John Randolph Banks; her son Mathew David Catlett; and her parents, Julian Dempsey Catlett and Betty Jean Small Catlett. She is survived by: her son John Andrew Banks (April Hope); her stepchildren, Angela Noel (Jimmy) and Billy Banks (Rhonda); her sisters, Julia Catlett Wigginton and Joyce Catlett Hannen; her grandchildren, Krista, Ryan, Leeann and Amanda; her great grandchildren, Scarlett and Mattie; and her pet Angelina.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home, Providence Forge Chapel (9923 Pocahontas Trail, Providence Forge, VA 23140). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church (19300 The Glebe Ln, Charles City, VA 23030).
