He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jones and Rebecca Jones; and his brother Vance Jones. He is survived by: his wife Eliouse; his children, Gina Martin (Chip), Amy Richard (Derrick), Tim Jones, Mike and April Davidson; his grandchildren, Matt (Brittany), Morgan (Ricky), Lucas (Maya), Sydney (Jacoby), DJ, Jada, Tristan, Michael (Beth) and Emily (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Kayson, Kaspen, Anna, Kaylynn and Lukas; his aunt Inez Jones; and his siblings-in-law, Alton Cannada, Darrell Cannada (Ruby), Calvin Adkins, Mae Cannada, Bertha Cannada, Dolly Adkins, Zelma Wynn (Jesse), Sybil Cannada and Virginia Adkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Alvin's memory to Samaria Baptist Church or Chickahominy Indian Tribe Building Fund.
