We bid farewell to Robert Wayne Martyn (Chantilly, Virginia), born in Arlington, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 21, 2024 at the age of 70. Robert Wayne touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gale Martyn and Pearl Junita Martyn; and his brothers, David Martyn and Ricky Martyn. He is survived by: his significant other Ruth Richardson; his pet Benji; his daughters, Karla Parks (William) of Dungannon and Kimberly Jacobs (Brooke) of Culpeper, VA; his grandchildren, Rebecca Beahm, Bobbie Parks, Matthew Parks of Dungannon, James McKeown, Michael McKeown, Sarah McKeown of Culpeper, VA, Jason Layman of South Carolina, Brian Layman of Martinsburg, WV, Ashley Schroeder of South Carolina and Matthew Schroeder of Falls Church, VA; his sisters, Patsy McCabe, Brenda Martyn and Rosie Boley; and also, Ruthie Schroeder (Craig) of Purcellville and William Parks of Dungannon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
