Though Deborah may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Deborah touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her husband John Smith; her daughters, Sarah Smith and Elizabeth Connor; her grandchildren, Emma, Hailey and Aidan; her pets, Kaia and Lucy; and her siblings, Gerald McLemore, Cynthia Gibson and Kathleen Farrell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home (9902 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Fairfax Memorial Park (4401 Burke Station Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032). A reception was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home (9902 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032).
