He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Thompson and Mildred Thompson; his sister Alma Hester; and his significant other Lucille Veva Thompson. He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Diane Fontello of Ceres; his brother-in-law Ray Hester of Marion; his grandchildren, Florence Fontello, Laura Fontello and Hunter Fontello; his niece Elma Wyatt (Rhudy) of Ceres; his nephew Tommy Hester (Sandy) of Marion; and his great-nephews, Lee Wyatt of Ceres, Harmon Boyd of Ceres and Buddy Kirby of Ceres. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
