He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Kitts; and his sister Gladys Hoover. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Blizzard Hoover; his father Clifton Eugene Hoover, Sr.; his children, Cory Hoover (Jessica) of Bluffton, SC and Kayla Kirk (Cameron) of Marion, VA; his grandchildren, Brysen Hoover, Aubrey Perkins, Erica Perkins, Albanie and Jaiden Kirk; and his sisters, Priscilla Claudette Hoover, Debbie Jean Hoover (Kevin Routh) and Melissa Hoover Cornett (Stephen Cornett). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
