She is survived by: her father Richard Carl Armstrong; her husband David Mark Bukovsky Sr. of Centreville, VA; her children, Katherine Alexandra Bukovsky of Greenville, NC, David Mark Bukovsky Jr., James Joseph Bukovsky and Chase Alexander Bukovsky of Centreville, VA; her mother Sara Sue Richardson Armstrong of Myrtle Beach, SC; and her brother Michael Armstrong (Misty) of Surfside Beach, SC. She is also survived by her in-laws and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. BCRF is the largest breast cancer charity in the country dedicated solely to supporting research.
