She is survived by: her parent Lorraine Povich Jr (Lazzari); her husband Donald Vernon; her sons, David, Stephen and Gregory Dolnack of Centreville; her siblings, Carole Hudak (Jerome) of Bethel Park, George M. Povich of Monessen and Patricia White (Charles) of Manassass; and also Belle Vernon.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Sjogren's Syndrome Foundation 10701 Parkridge Blvd. Suite 170 Reston VA 20191 or a Children's hospital of their choice.
