He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Richard Miller. He is survived by: his children, Laura Fitzgerald Miller, Jefferson Cash Miller and Suzanne Miller Hitt; his brothers, Garrett Richard Miller and Kevin Claude Miller; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Mickey, Jack, Briggs and Finn.
