It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Elizabeth Starrs of Centreville, Virginia, who passed away on November 15, 2022, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her mother Catherine Kelly; her husband Joe; her daughters, Maria, Sarah, Bridget, Hannah, Abby, Julia, Literature, Speech, Debate, Shakespeare, Outer Banks, August and Easter; her granddaughter Adeline Irene; her brothers, Mike, Jim, Tom, Steve and Chris (Joe); her sons-in-law, Matt and Christian; and her grandson Dillon.
Despite the challenge of a global pandemic, Irene was able to build a thriving Youth Ministry program.
