He is survived by: his mothers, Tina Gearhart of Spring Mills, PA and Sherry Horner of Centre Hall, PA.; his sister Rebeca Horner (Brett Motz); his half-sister Samantha Leedy of Milesburg, PA; his stepsister Brooke Bernas (Brad); his partner's son John of Centreville; his grandparents, Charles and Anna Margaret Gearhart; and his pet Emma. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, cousins.
