It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Stevens of Center Cross, Virginia, who passed away on September 20, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his sister Carolyn Winder; and his parents, Louise Stevens and William Crawford Seward. He is survived by : his daughters, Emily Stevens of Tappahannock and Billie Jo Stevens; his granddaughter Grace Sandy; his close friend Wanda Brooks; and his brothers, John Wesley Stevens, Jr. of Locust Hill, R. Allen Stevens of Dunnsville and Kenneth T. Stevens of Mechanicsville.
