He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearlene Ragland and Hugh Ragland; and his brothers, Stuart and Raymond Ragland. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ragland; his stepdaughter Wanda Gibbs (Tito); and his grandchildren, Kimberly Gibbs Jeter (Lamar), Anthony, Isaac and Landon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
