She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Webb. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Thomas Webb (Terri) and Kathy Webb Pritchard (Gary); and her siblings, Elaine D. Lynch, Marion D. Warren, Nancy D. Singleton, Herbert Smith Delbridge, Jr. and Jerry Wayne Delbridge. She is also survived by four grandchildren; three great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, church family and dear friends.
