He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughter Jessica; his son-in-law Alex; his grandchildren, Dorothy and Clark; his mother-in-law Julie A. Davis Johnson; his brother-in-law Jack Johnson; his cousins, Angelika Wetzel, Petra Hess, Mann Jurgen, Matthias Hess and Frau Petra; his niece Tatiana; and his nephew Andy.
