He was predeceased by: his father Frank Dula; and his brother Phillip Dula. He is survived by: his wife Kim Dula; his mother Pansy Dula; his children, Mandy Dula, Phillip Dula (Natasha), Carly Dula and Matthew Dula; his grandchildren, Mia Mardis, Ava Mardis, Skyla Dula, Kealynn Dula, Callie Dula and Spencer Dula; his siblings, Bryan Dula (Leona), Sherry Dula and Phyllis Speagle; and his mother-in-law Jean Patton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for expenses.
