With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Mae Keene of Cedar Bluff, Virginia, born in Grundy, Virginia, who passed away on November 26, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Samuel "Bud" Kennedy; her husband James Lawson Keene; her mother Ollie Kennedy of Cedar Bluff, VA; her daughters, Jamie Keene Hays (Randy) of Salem, VA, Kimberly Keene Ratliff (Mike) of Cedar Bluff, VA and Erika Keene Shreve (John) of Cedar Bluff, VA; her grandchildren, Ryan Michael Ratliff, Jake Evan Ratliff, James Houston Reece Hays, Ethan Samuel Shreve and Jillian Blaire Shreve; her niece Jessica Kiser (Garrett); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Miles, Shelby and Naariah.
As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic and the Commonwealth of Virginia Mandate, only 25 people are allowed at one time in the funeral home. Facial coverings and social distancing are required at all times.
