He is survived by: his wife Terri Williams Stiltner; his father Charles "Chuck" Stiltner; his mother-in-law JoAnn Salyer; his sons, Joshua Stiltner of Cedar Bluff, VA and Logan Stiltner (LeAnne) of Tazewell, VA; his siblings, Michael Stiltner (Robin) of Belfast, VA, Joe Stiltner of Bland County, VA and Melissa Hartig of Tazewell, VA; his brother-in-law Brian Hieatt (Davina); his granddaughters, Eliza Harper and Alivia Grace Stiltner; and his brothers, Rommell Hargrave, John Gallagher, Mike Brown and James White.
