He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Myer Raines; and his parents, John "Hub" Raines and Mary Helen Raines. He is survived by: his daughters, Robyn Allene Raines of Abingdon and Ashley Elaine Johnson (David) of Round Hill; and his sisters, Margaret Jean Wade (Bill) of Greenville and Susan Dovey (Steve) of Downingtown, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
