He is survived by: his significant other Sherry Payne Sparks of North Tazewell, VA; his children, Sarah Louise Sparks-Arnold (Matthew Arnold) of Pearisburg, VA, Ralph Joshua Sparks (Ella Griffith) of Bluefield, VA, Seth Nathaniel Sparks (Annie Barranco) of Abingdon, VA and Rachael Colleen Sparks Myers (Lucas Myers) of Tazewell, VA; his grandchildren, Justin Sparks, Isaiah Sparks and Kaden Sparks; his sisters, Trina Sparks Crosby (Bill Crosby) of Winston-Salem, NC and Fran De Los Santos (Adam De Los); his niece Alexis De Los Santos; and his pet Thor.
