She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Boardwine and Hattie Boardwine; and her great grandchild Trevor Anders. She is survived by: her husband Harvey J. Horn; her children, Linda Sue Mullins (Bobby) of Pilgrims Knob, VA and Rick Horn (Kathy) of Shortt Gap, VA; her grandchildren, Leigh Ann Anders (Tim) of Woodsville, OH and Whitney Keen (Jonathan) of Christiansburg, VA; and her sister Dorothy Pietras of Columbia, SC. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
