She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Hagy and Lena Wilson Hagy; her siblings, Jerry Hagy, Ann Hagy Mutter and Joyce Hagy Jessee Tatum; and her sister-in-law Jennie A. Tatum.
She is survived by: her husband Sherman McKinley Tatum; her sons, Jeffery Dale Tatum (Sandy) and Ricky Gene Tatum; her grandchildren, Madison Tatum, Evan Tatum, Levi Tatum, Cole Tatum, Walker Tatum, Tiffany Byrd (Cory Blanton), Paige Byrd (Billy Atkins) and Haley Kiser; her great grandchildren, Sophia Blanton, Kinley Blanton and Tatem Blanton; her siblings, Larry Hagy (Lisa), Dede Hagy Jackson and Faye Hagy Phillips; and her siblings-in-law, Joe Tatum (Kansas), Doug Tatum (Della) and Helen Tatum Steele. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
