She was predeceased by: her parents, Vince Hagy and Margie Marie Hagy; her husband William "Bill" Addison; and her siblings, Nancy Patrick, Buford Hagy and Vince "Mutt" Hagy.

She is survived by: her children, Rita McFarlane, Sandra "Kay" Childress of Cedar Bluff, VA, Darrell Addison (Jackie "Sissy") of Cedar Bluff, VA, Steve Addison (Susie) of Cedar Bluff, VA, Gary "Charlie" Addison (Shelby) of Cedar Bluff, VA, Doug Addison (Melissa) of Cedar Bluff, VA and Terry Addison (Susan) of Abingdon, VA.; her grandchildren, Jessica McFarlane, Gina Bucklen, Patrick Addison, Heath Addison, Ben Addison, Mallory Hill, Andrew Addison, Cody Addison, Canaan Addison, Bryce Addison, Grace Addison and Casey Addison; her great grandchildren, Abigail Deel, Addison Deel, Lily Bucklen, Paxton Bucklen, William Addison, Charlie Kate Addison, Blake Addison and Mina Addison; and her siblings, Patty McCracken, Bill Hagy, Ralph Hagy, Roger Hagy and Jimmy Hagy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
