She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Perry Davis and Ocie Lula Sisk Davis; her husband James Rose; her brothers, Lloyd Davis and Alfred Davis; and her close friend Otis Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Tessie Vandyke (Eric) of Cedar Bluff and Richard Rose (Keela) of Cedar Bluff, Virginia; and her sisters, Monell Breedlove of Cedar Bluff, Patsy Cline (Melvin) of Cedar Bluff and Jerlene Matney (Carlos) of Richlands.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home (1401 2nd St, Richlands, VA 24641). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
