She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Wiley Mullins; her parents, Paul Lee and Theresa Mullins (Wyatt) of Jolo, WV; and her siblings, Josephine West (Leonard Hamilton), Alice Wysor (Joe), Betty Mullins (Eugene), Pauline Rose (Don) and Loris Eugene Mullins (Shirley).
She is survived by: her son Shaun Mullins (Billie) of Dandridge, TN; and her siblings, Brenda Christian, Janice Anderson, Patricia Weinhardt, Michael Mullins and Sharon Rose. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
