Wilson (Sylvia); her grandson Glenn Michael Shortridge; her son-in-law Leonard Altizer; and her former husband Billy Donald Shortridge.
She is survived by: her children, William Michael Shortridge (Susie) of Pounding Mill, VA and Donna Altizer (Harlan Jones) of Richlands, VA.; her grandsons, William Matthew Shortridge (Laura) and Andrew Altizer (Desiray); her nieces, Sarah Lacy Butter (John) and Katherine Lacy Cleary (Kevin); and her caregivers, Becky Walters, Becky Casey, Sarah Ellis, Donna Beavers, Jessica Whited, Regina Rose and Kristen Whitt.
