She is survived by: her son David; her daughter-in-law Trena Shinault of Montcalm, WV; her grandchildren, Noah Shinault, Alyssa Shinault, Zac Shinault, Katilyn Simpson and Seth Smith; her great grandchildren, Karoline Simpson and Brodie Gilbert; her sisters, Barbara King of Virginia Beach, VA and Drema Via of Radford, VA; and her nephews, Lance King, Brian Lawson and Brad Lawson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Reese Funeral Home (2214 Austinville Rd, Austinville, VA 24312). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the Odd Fellows Cemetery (Ivanhoe, VA 24350).
