She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Rife and Laura Kelly Rife of Spruce Pine; her husband Macado "Mack" Mullins; and her children, Kenneth "Kenny" Mullins, Rita Faye Mullins and Charlene Mullins Ward.
She is survived by: her son Johnny Mack Mullins of Richlands. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.
