He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Breedlove and Ollie Blankenship Breedlove; the mother of his children Willetta Breedlove; and his sister Evelyn Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Monell Davis Breedlove; his children, John Breedlove (Diane) and Martha Ann Taber (Toby); his stepdaughters, Lora Osborne (David) and Julie Sutherland (Lance); his grandchildren, Sarah Proffitt (Ryan), Michael Breedlove (Nicole), Edie Beth Smith (Jared) and Kaidence Rayne Sutherland; his great grandchildren, Bryce Proffitt, Kendall Proffitt, Aven Breedlove and Mylo Smith; and his sister Norma Harman (Gilbert).
As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic and the Commonwealth of Virginia Mandate, facial coverings and social distancing are required at all times.
