He is survived by: his daughters, Amelia Jo Spain (Scott) of Richmond, VA, Robin Michelle Meadows (Clifford Phillips) of Pearisburg, VA and Rebecca Dawn Baldwin (Kenneth) of Walkertown, NC; his siblings, Roger Meadows (Pat), Billy Meadows (Wilma), Loran Meadows (Lilly), Terry Meadows, Shelby Vanover and Anna Carter (Danny); and his grandchildren, Lorna Spain and Brady Baldwin.
