He was predeceased by: his parents, Adell Keen and Elmer Vandyke; his grandparents, Adam and Carrie Keen; and his siblings, Spicy Lester, Elsie Stilwell, Vivian Osborne, Anita Simpson, Worley Keen, Gary Vandyke, Randall Vandyke, Herman and Sherman Keen.
He is survived by: his grandson Austin Keen; his wife Barbara Keen; his children, Dwayne Keen (Melissa) of Cedar Bluff, VA and Christy Keen of Cedar Bluff, VA; his granddaughters, Carrie Ennis and Madison Keen; his sisters, Icy Whitt of Cedar Bluff, VA, Helen Elswick of Lebanon, VA and Joyce Osborne of Raven, VA; his stepsister Dora Rife; and his siblings, Connie Daniels, Carol Daniels, James Keen (Nancy) of Meadowview, VA, Calvin Keen (Connie) of Oakwood, VA, Gary Lee Keen (Linda) of Pilgrims Knob, VA, Ray Vandyke (Shelby) of Cedar Bluff, VA, Robbie Dale Vandyke (Tina) of Richlands, VA and Ronnie Vandyke of Cedar Bluff, VA.. He is also survived by Several friends, nieces, nephews and cousins.
