He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald W Crouse and Francis Whitt Crouse; and his wife Karla Crouse. He is survived by: his children, Samantha Crouse of Fairview Heights, IL, Jonah Crouse of Belleville, IL and Jeffrey Crouse of Baptist Valley, VA; his stepdaughters, Amanda Slaughter and Kimberly Slaughter Richardson of Baptist Valley, VA; and his sister Karen Davis (David Davis) of Baptist Valley, VA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
