It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Stone Earls (Cedar Bluff, Virginia), born in Yukon, West Virginia, who passed away on July 25, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Champ Stone and Pearlie Waters Stone; and her brothers, Charles Stone and Gary Stone, Sr. of Tazewell, VA.. She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Isabella Collins, Tripp Collins, Eben Martin, Bennett Martin and Billy Martin; her husband Kenneth Earls; her daughter Melissa Pruett (William); her grandchildren, Marlana Collins (Ricky) of Bluefield, VA., Hannah Martin (Garrett) of Bluefield, VA., Mark Large of Bluefield, VA. and Karrah Large of Bluefield, VA.; her siblings, Champ Stone, Jr. (Diane) of Christiansburg, VA. and Susan Townley (Richard) of Bluefield, WV.; her stepdaughter Barbara Johnson; her sister-in-law Cecelia Stone Laney; her cousin Cindy Hodges; her niece Beth Stone; and her close friends, Marilyn Justus, Russell, Delilah Clark, Bucky, Terry Dunford, Lorraine Browning, Bill, Norma Phillips, Debbie, Craig Mangus, Patty Nunley, Bruce, Sue Richardson, Jerry and Betsy Breedlove. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
