He is survived by: his children, Lynn Maggard (Jerry) of Claypool Hill, Virginia, John Randall Alley (Carolyn) of Charlotte, NC, Christopher Alley (Melissa) of Tazewell and Kevin Alley (Jody) of Olathe, KS.; his grandchildren, Melanie Maggard (Anthony Faulds), Lisa Ann Taylor (Brandon), Jason Maggard (Tanya), Sarah Peebles, Ashley Alley, Morghan Alley, Madison Alley, Brock Alley, Rebecca Lawrence (Freddie), Elizabeth Alley, Victoria Alley and John W. Alley; his great grandchildren, Preston Maggard, Kellen Maggard, Tucker Maggard, Parker Taylor, Kase Peebles, Cameron Jones and Maddox Jones; his nephews, Tim Alley and Gene Brown; and his niece Karen Brown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
