He was predeceased by: his parents, Holland Fuller and Lillie Keene Fuller; his siblings, Joan Fuller, Beulah Mullins, Mavis Gibson (Cecil), Betty Jean Claffey (Larry), Buford Fuller (Geraldine) and Robert Fuller; and his grandchild Infant Baby Harmon.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Marie Keen Fuller; his children, Regina Lynn Roberts (Aaron) of Tazewell, Virginia Donna Denise Harmon (Greg) of Cedar Bluff and John Isaac Fuller (Sandi Grace) of Cedar Bluff, Virginia; his siblings, Peggy C. Keen (Carnice) of Pilgrims Knob, Virginia and Belford Ray Fuller (Bobbie Jean) of Germantown, NC; his sister-in-law Pam Fuller of Tucson, Arizona; his grandchildren, Rachel Marie Roberts, Gary Daniel Roberts (Micah), Ezekiel John Titus Roberts (Jayden) and Eriann Guinevere Hess; and his great grandchildren, Walker Daniel Roberts and Finley Novella Roberts.
