It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Montiville Elkins of Cedar Bluff, Virginia, who passed away on July 26, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Oliver Elkins and Alice Pearl Matney Elkins; his wife Betty Jean Underwood Elkins; and his sister Alice Chareste of Crossville, TN. He is survived by: his son James E. Elkins of Cedar Bluff, VA.; and his sister-in-law Shirley Elkins. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
